Women’s Fitness Classes were not only made just for women, they were developed to maximize the benefits of working out and decrease the risk of injury specifically on a woman’s body. How do we do that? We incorporate a wide variety of different exercises and physical therapy-based knowledge into our classes. Plus we make it interesting and different, so you’re always engaged with learning and trying new things. And because we want any woman to be able to jump in and start moving, all exercises can be modified according to your fitness and ability levels.

How Do Women’s Fitness Classes Work?

To participate in any of our Women’s Fitness Classes, you just have to sign up online. Then join us on the time and day of your scheduled class. Classes include small group training, cardio, station work, and so much more. The focus of our women’s classes is to improve core strength and whole-body conditioning without the need to incorporate other types of working-out into your rotation.

Women’s Fitness classes were made for women, for both community, support, and as a haven for women to enjoy fitness in a dedicated space.

Absolutely. Our classes can be taken by beginners and workout veterans alike. They are made to be upbeat, fun, and engaging but most of all, taken at your own pace. Modifications exist for every exercise, as does the help you need to learn the appropriate form and techniques for your fitness level.

You do not have to be a member to take part most of our classes, including Women’s Fitness. Membership has a plethora of benefits, however, and may be more cost-effective in the long term. To learn more about memberships, you can get in touch with us here.
