About Our Fitness Classes
Evolution Long Island is an advanced performance and recovery center. When you visit our performance facility, you might recognize some familiar equipment found at any gym or fitness center, but we’re about more than just a run-of-the-mill workout. We were founded by physical therapists and elite athletes with a goal to connect with anyone who wants to be immersed in a true, high-level fitness experience. And while that can mean young, aspiring athletes in high school or college who strive to win at the highest level or local professionals, it also means the retiree down the road or the person who just had therapy following back surgery and is ready to incorporate some movement in their routine. At Evolution Long Island, we even have your social game covered if you’re seeking a collaborative environment like at one of our boot camps or women’s fitness classes.

How Fitness Classes Work
When you sign up for any of our Fitness Classes, you simply come in an take the class as you would at any gym or fitness center. Classes are either a la carte or can be enjoyed with a membership. We have a wide variety of classes, so the hardest part is to decide what classes suit you. If you need help deciding, you can always ask us by calling or using our contact form and we can help find the perfect fit for you. To sign up for a class, please go to the Class Schedule and follow the on-screen instructions.
