About Our Adult Fitness Classes
Our Adult Fitness Classes are for adults of all ages. Whether you are a career woman, a stay-at- home dad, a college student, or a weekend fitness buff, we have a spot for you. Every class is for every person! Exercises can be modified, and you can build your way up. Our style of fitness let’s you embrace workouts as a personal challenge – growing in strength and endurance and getting healthy and fit with each passing day.
Enjoy activities that include cardio, bike sprints, sled pushes, cardio, and many, many more.

How Adult Fitness Classes Work
Think gym or fitness center, but with an emphasis on form and technique, preventative injury, and much more variety in classes and quality of instruction. You can sign up on our portal either a la carte or enjoy access as a Long Island Fitness member. The hardest part will be deciding which classes you want to take next.

Find a class and time that works for you
Browse through our class offerings. If you want to learn more about a specific class, you can reach out to us and we can answer any questions you might have before you sign up.
Go through the sign-up process, either a la carte or as a member
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete registration for your chosen class. This is to reserve your spot and allow you to pre-pay for a class if you’re a non-member.
Come to your class at the designated time and day!
Lastly, you just have to show up and enjoy your workout.
