Whether you need physical therapy or are looking to join regular fitness classes, we are Long Island’s premier destination for rehabilitation, exercise, and recovery. Founded by physical therapists, our facility makes it easy to come in for physical therapy sessions, hop over to our gym and fitness center, explore new sports or workout routines, train for competitions like HYROX, sign up for a licensed professional trainer, or reach your peak performance with use of our cold plunges, saunas, and recovery boots.

Adult Fitness Classes

Regular, varied classes for adults of all ages and fitness levels. Includes sled pushes, cardio, bike sprints, kettle squats, pullups, sprinting, rowing, and so much more, with alternating coaches and the ability to go harder or modify exercises according to your fitness level.

Assisted Stretching Session

Our physical therapists conduct assisted stretching sessions to focus on specific areas and help you achieve the necessary range of motion. This targeted approach helps to improve the overall health of your joints and muscles.

Bio-Mechanical Assessment W/ Corrective Exercise Prescription

Our team, skilled in kinesiology and physiology, will evaluate your mechanical efficiency. After the assessment, you’ll receive corrective exercises designed to address musculoskeletal imbalances, alleviate potential pain, and enhance athletic performance. Great for both professional and recreational athletes alike.

Blood Flow Restriction Therapy

A therapy that uses a cuff to apply pressure and maintain arterial inflow, BFRT promotes muscle growth and prevents muscle atrophy. We use it to help build strength in a patient’s arms and legs while lifting lighter weights.

Boxing

Our boxing classes combine strength-building exercises with dynamic boxing techniques to improve cardiovascular health, coordination, and overall fitness. Led by certified instructors, these classes offer a fun yet challenging workout designed to enhance mobility, endurance, and muscle tone while promoting injury prevention and recovery.

Cold Plunge

Experience the rush of cold water therapy and its many benefits such as boosted blood flow and improved physical recovery in our world-class ice baths.

Deep Tissue/Sports Massage

A therapist will use this therapy to address musculoskeletal issues and address muscle pain, soreness, or fatigue. Highly effective for rehabilitation and recovery from sports-related injuries.

Electrical Stimulation

Do you suffer from spasms, inflammation, muscle weakness, or pain? E-stim uses light electrical stimulation to block pain signals, improve blood circulation, and even strengthen muscles. A great non-invasive therapy.

Fitness Classes

At Evolution Long Island, our fitness classes are a step above. Featuring adult fitness classes, boot camps for different levels and ages, TRX, cardio, strength training, functional mobility, boxing, mat pilates, and so much more, you can get started with a whole new lifestyle change and pick up a new hobby along the way.

Hyrox is a high-intensity strength and endurance race that features eight rounds of fitness challenges. From running to sled pulls to rowing, Evolution Long Island is the premier place to train for even the most experienced Hyrox competitor. Get ready for the next upcoming Hyrox event as a seasoned pro or even a newcomer to the sport.

Joint Mobilization & Manipulation

The manual techniques of joint mobilization and manipulation are used by physical therapists to enhance the mobility and function of your soft tissues, joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments.

Mobility Session (FRCms)

Our mobility sessions, led by a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms), feature a variety of exercises aimed at enhancing your movement and improving the range of motion in all your joints.

Personal Training

Looking for one-on-one attention from a fitness coach? Just like any full-service gym, we offer specialized coaching with your perfect trainer who can lead you through exercises and challenges, help reinforce proper form, and get you competition-ready in your desired sport. Or start with a trainer for the first time and learn what exercises you most enjoy as you start down your own path of personal fitness.

Evolution is founded by physical therapists so that even our fitness and wellness services are focused on injury prevention and improving physical well-being. We offer physical therapy services that include rehabilitation, diagnosis, patient education, and the maintenance and restoration of health through physical therapy practices.

Recovery

Recovery is the phase where your body replenishes its strength after injury or rehabilitation. It may also follow recovery. Recovery boots, ice baths, massage, and sauna are part of our recovery services lineup.

Recovery Boots

Recovery boots provide comprehensive compression therapy for the foot, ankle, and leg, utilizing sequential, dynamic air compression to boost circulation, enhance performance, and accelerate post-exercise recovery.

Return to Sport Testing

After a sports injury, Return to Sport Testing by a physical therapist ensures you are mentally and physically ready to resume sports activities, reducing the risk of re-injury.

Run Club

While running alone can be calming and enjoyable for many people, running in a group can be a new and fulfilling experience for others. It can even help with motivation. Our run club opens up new ways to enjoy running and even collaborates with local organizations for a more fulfilling experience overall.

Running Evaluation & Gait Analysis

It’s not how much you run, but how you do it. A specialized physical therapist can perform a giant analysis to understand your movements and recommend improvements and exercises to strengthen your core muscles and improve your balance.

Sauna

Saunas are meant to increase blood flow and promote relaxation. As part of our philosophy on recovery and promotion of wellness, we offer access to a sauna at Evolution Long Island.

Soft Tissue Mobilization

To deal with pain, stiffness, and functional limitations, soft tissue mobilization can be employed to help improve range of motion and restore the ability to perform everyday tasks.

Speed and Agility Classes

Our speed and agility classes focus on improving quickness, reflexes, and overall athleticism through dynamic drills and exercises. Led by skilled trainers, these classes are designed to boost performance in any sport by enhancing both speed and coordination.

Spine Care

Spine care at Evolution Long Island focuses on diagnosing and treating conditions affecting the spine in order to alleviate pain and improve mobility. Our expert therapists use tailored treatments to address issues like back pain, herniated discs, and post-surgical rehabilitation, helping you achieve optimal spinal health and function.

Strength and Conditioning

Young athletes of high school and college age can now benefit from conditioning and strength gains in their chosen sport with our condition expert Raffaele Bradshaw. Get bigger, faster, and stronger while improving technique, acceleration, max velocity, and unlocking your potential to be the best athlete you can be.

Team Training

Our team training service offers structured group sessions to enhance team performance through specialized workouts that build strength, endurance, and coordination. These sessions are led by expert trainers, fostering camaraderie while targeting the unique fitness needs of each team sport.

Therapeutic Cupping

Therapeutic Cupping, also known as Myofascial Decompression, treats various musculoskeletal disorders by using suction to generate negative pressure beneath the cup.

Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy

VRT can alleviate problems associated with vestibular disorders, including vertigo and dizziness, that may lead to slips, trips, and falls. This therapy also deals with balance issues and gaze instability.

Women’s Fitness Classes

Our group fitness classes are just for women, with popular exercises most loved by our female clientele.
